To add an authorized user(s) to your account:
- Purchase this item
- Place the Name, Email Address AND Phone Number of all authorized users in the comments section during the purchase
Note that if all you provide is a Name: The new user will need to use the original phone number to call in, or send email from the already authorized email address. If you only provide the email address: This will not authorize a new person to call in, nor will it authorize a new phone number on the account. If you only provide a phone number, previous users will be allowed to use that phone number but this will not add a new email address or user.
It it not necessary to purchase this item if you are already purchasing something else. Just add the necessary information (read the rest!) to your comments during your purchase.
Please be sure to note whether this is a fresh list of all authorized users (or any additions to the existing list) in your comments. You may also request removals or merely specify a "fresh list of all authorized users". If you do not specify, we will assume that you are adding new users.
The account owner need not be specified, but can be if you choose to OR if the email/phone/name has changed slightly (ie: owner got a new cell phone and wants to also allow that phone number).
It is not possible to use any existing account balance on this item. This item requires the account-owner to commit to a serious change in the management of this system and as such will require both logging in and using a payment method to assure the account owner is involved in this process.
This item is only used to adjust the authorized user list for existing accounts, it is not possible to use this item to create an account. Please purchase at least one hour of support (or another item you actually need) to create your account.
