National DNC checker that will block unowned area codes and unchecked lists, in addition to checking nightly.
Newly uploaded leads start as NO_DNC until checked. Once checked, they convert to NEW or NDNC. This can be immediate (not recommended, heavy load! either perform this at a break or overnight!).
Once installed, prior leads will change to NO_DNC if you do not own the area code to avoid dialing in areas you do not own.
During the check ALL leads will be left alone if not matched, or NDNC if matched. Also, any NO_DNC will revert to their prior status (which was stored in address3) if a new DNC zip is purchased and any leads in areas not owned will be changed to NO_DNC (and the prior status will be stored in address3).
All YOU have to do once it is installed is download each area code or state ZIP file (flat, not xml) from the NDNC site and then upload it (unchanged! just upload it!) into the system every 30 days or less. There will be a new option in "lists" for NDNC maintenance (right next to Load New Leads).

We charge $249 to install Vicidial NDNC Nightly Checker on a machine that WE built previously, assuming minor or no changes or $199 while building it. We charge $299 to install on any other machine with a stock installation of Vicidial. If the installation is not "Stock" (ie: If not GoAutoDial or Vicibox with no other software installed), we charge $299 PLUS any hourly charges resulting from "non-standard" situations. This is for our Priority service level.
If the Vicidial system is a Cluster, this pricing includes installation on the Database/Web server only. It does not include installation on NON-DB web servers. We can disable List Loading on all other web servers in the cluster for an extra cost of $50 per server to ensure compliance with NDNC throughout the cluster.
The process will require a test upload to verify the installation. We prefer you provide at least two NDNC zip files (exactly as downloaded from the DoNotCall.gov website, do not even change the filename). They can be either State or Area Code lists (or a combination, if you prefer). After the system has been verified, we will activate the nightly NDNC check which will (overnight) disallow dialing any leads that are either on the NDNC or in area codes which you have not uploaded.
At present, the system does not enforce the "30 day update" requirement for lists. You will need to track this on the NDNC Maintenance page and upload new zip files at the proper intervals (unless you'd like to have this feature added, of course.).
