Our Colocation Facility: Our colocation facility for client servers is located in Central Florida. The facility is hardened and on the 10th floor to avoid any flooding issues. During normal days there is a human in the colocation facility or on call nearby 24/7. Ordinarily an employee can physically touch a server within five minutes of an emergency "down server" call, although most interaction with servers requires no physical intervention.

No hidden charges. Optional items are just that, items you can purchase but do not need to purchase to use your dialer. Carriers/Trunks/Minutes not included. (Although we can refer to you several providers!)

Options with Colocation: None of these items must be purchased from us. Check with your IT Department for Best Practices. $15/month for offsite backup storage (not including recordings, $50 setup fee) $100 RESTORE fee if you ever need a restore from your backup Static IP Address* ($10/month extra) Battery Backup ($5-50/month extra) * Unless you purchase a Static IP Address, your IP address may change as often as once per month. Ordinarily it will only change once every six months. We try to give notice in advance; However: it may not be possible to notify you before your IP address changes.

Colocation Renewal Terms: Colocation is Month-To-Month Auto-renews at the same price IF your account has sufficient funds. If you do not have sufficient funds when renewal date arrives OR you notify us before renewal date that you do not want to renew, colocation will be terminated, server will be taken offline. Please refer to "End of Colocation" below. If you then make a payment (after termination), server will be restarted within 24 hours. Renewal Date: If you want to change your renewal date, you can do so by paying for more than a month (enough to go past the date you would like) and notifying us during payment in the comments of the payment. IE: If your due date is presently the 1st and you prefer the 15h, pay for 45 days instead of 30 and notify us that the extra money is to move the due date to the 15th. Partial Month: Partial month for colocation is available at $30 per day or $100 per week.

Support: Support is NOT included (it must be purchased separately!) beyond what is specified here. We will maintain the system on a (Non-Guaranteed!) battery backup if you have paid for one. We will maintain the OS and support software to the extent that you DO NOT and CAN NOT access the system in any way other than the Vicidial GUI and IF we performed the installation. Accessing the Operating System via Command Line is available (at no cost/fee). If you are given access to the operating system, we will be responsible ONLY for the physical well-being of the machine (as stated below) as of the moment you receive the access codes. Hardware failure of a colo server purchased from us will be repaired at our best speed at no charge to client, IF the server has never left our facility. Client supplied hardware will obviously incur both parts and labor fees for failed components.

Warranty: Poundteam Incorporated offers no Warranty, expressed or implied, on any systems leased. We do not guarantee a specific "uptime" or service availability. Should the software "Fail", Poundteam Incorporated will reinstall the software back to its original functionality at our best speed at no cost to the client IF the client has NO command line or other access beyond the VICIdial Web Interface. Regular hourly charges and service level apply to systems where the client has access beyond the VICIdial web interface, regardless of whether the client caused the failure. The Software included does NOT have any warranty. (This will be noted in the disclosures of each of the software packages. Poundteam Incorporated did not write the software.) Poundteam Incorporated's liability is limited to reinstallation of the software. All the software included is Open Source FREE software. Licensing information is available for all software included on the server. No licensing notifications have been removed. Software is not modified upon lease of the equipment, but in many cases has been "Configured" to be suitable for use.

Warranty if PoundTeam installs and maintains equipment: IF we install the system, Vicidial and any CRM ... and you do NOT have access to the OS (no command line interaction, no MySQL access, Vicidial/CRM GUI only), we will maintain the OS and software health for the duration of your lease. Note that this offer is only valid if Poundteam Incorporated installed the entire system and noone else has ever had access to the system directly. If you notify us (in writing via email or snail mail) that you are ready to accept full responsibility for the OS and software health of your system, we will change the root password and mysql root password to one designated by you so that you may manage your system directly. While there is no fee for this option, be aware that as of the moment we transmit said passwords to you, we will charge hourly for any OS or software maintenance on said server without exception. This includes any claim that you have not even used the passwords.

End of Colocation Abandonment of Server: If you make no contact and/or do not pay for shipping your server to another location, we will charge a $10 per week storage fee until we reach the value (if sold for parts) of your system LESS a $100 fee for deleting the contents of your hard drive. If you make no contact by the time your server has exceeded its value in storage fees, we WILL sell it to cover the cost of storage. PLEASE be sure to make arrangements for your server upon termination of your lease. We do NOT make exceptions to the $10 weekly fee for those who do not make arrangements prior to termination. Arrangements must be agreed to by BOTH parties to be valid. For instance: If you do not pay for your lease renewal, thus canceling your lease ... then do not contact us for 4 weeks ... then send us a shipping label for UPS, we will ALSO require that the $40 (4 week) storage fee be paid before allowing UPS to pick up your server. If this causes you "confusion" and another week passes, we will then require $50 instead of $40. No exceptions. Note that most servers sold for parts are worth approximately or less than $350. Subtract the $100 HD cleaning fee and when your negative balance reaches $250 your server will be considered sold for parts. We will not produce a receipt to demonstrate sale of your server to any third party. To avoid this eventuality: do not abandon your server. Shipping Charges (via UPS, USPS, Fedex or your choice of carrier): You are responsible for shipping charges to transport your server to any other location. We will box your server for cost of supplies if we are notified well in advance of shipment. If we happen to have a box that fits your server, we will usually not charge a fee (standard server sizes). Poundteam Shipping/Handling Fees at termination: We will only add a handling charge if we quote or manage the shipment. We will only charge for boxing the server if the server does not fit in a standard box (which we have as a result of our business). If you prepay the shipment with your carrier and either send your carrier with a "call tag" or email us a printable prepaid shipping label we will not charge a fee for handling. We will supply weight and package dimensions without a fee (This will require that your server be "offline").
