We are in Beta for ViciPhone. The fee is presently 2.0 hours per server.

There is the reminder that this software, while published, is not a truly polished/perfect/100% stable package. Update: As of Vicibox 10 (9/2021), ViciPhone is in use in hundreds of system and seems to now be quite stable.

However, it is pretty much the only solution available, so it's fairly popular even with the caveat. And it is stable and reliable for the most part based on client response. Best to have soft phones installed as well as a backup method, just in case.

Valid, functional SSL is required and is 30 minutes per server if not pre-installed before we begin (Priority/Emergency/Exclusive: $50/$100/$200).

For clarity: SSL can not be self-signed (which is what most servers have following basic installation) and should be for the domain that will be used by the agents (not a temporary subdomain). SSL is not needed on the DB server, only on the Web and Dialer (which can be the same server).

We expect it to be automated this summer, at which point the price may drop. At present, however, it takes a fair amount of time to tailor to each new server. We hope to have a viable (automated) installer built that can take into account the underlying operating system and packages so the installation time is dramatically reduced. Then we'll be able to install it in an hour or less per server and invoice for one hour instead of two.
