Our Colocation Facility: We are located in Central Florida (not near any flood zone or hurricane prone shorelines). We do not "have a rack" in someone else's Colocation Facility (beware of that). We are not "sharing" someone else's facility, or "partnered" with someone who has a facility. We have our own space and lease our fiber from a major fiber provider. During normal days we have a human in the colocation facility 24/7 (there are instances when everyone has somewhere else to be, but those are not common). An employee of PoundTeam Incorporated physically touching a server can ordinarily happen within five minutes of an emergency "down server" call, although most interaction with servers requires no physical intervention.

No hidden charges. Optional items are just that, items you can purchase but do not need to purchase to use your dialer. Carriers/Trunks/Minutes not included. (Although we can refer to you several providers!) * You may choose a larger hard drive for your system for more storage ("Enlarge to") or you may choose to purchase the HD in your system (Purchase). If you choose to Purchase, the HD will be your property and may be shipped to the destination of your choice at your expense at any time during or within 30 days after your lease. We do not charge an extra fee to reinstall Vicidial on your system when we ship your hard drive to you.
Options with a System Lease: None of these items must be purchased from us. Ordinarily it will only change once every six months. We try to give notice in advance; However: it may not be possible to notify you before your IP address changes.
Renewal Terms: Lease is Month-To-Month Auto-renews at the same price IF your account has sufficient funds. If you do not have sufficient funds when renewal date arrives OR you notify us before renewal date that you do not want to renew, server will be terminated. If you then make a payment (after termination), server will be restarted within 24 hours. Renewal Date: If you want to change your renewal date, you can do so by paying for more than a month (enough to go past the date you would like) and notifying us during payment in the comments of the payment. IE: If your due date is presently the 1st and you prefer the 15h, pay for 45 days instead of 30 and notify us that the extra money is to move the due date to the 15th. Partial Month: Partial month for a server lease is available at $70 per day or $275 per week.
Support: Support is NOT included (it must be purchased separately!) beyond what is specified here. We will maintain the system on a (Non-Guaranteed!) battery backup. We will maintain the OS and support software to the extent that you DO NOT and CAN NOT access the system in any way other than the Vicidial GUI. Accessing the Operating System via Command Line is available (at no cost/fee). If you are given access to the operating system, we will be responsible ONLY for the physical well-being of the machine as of the moment you receive the access codes. Hardware failure of a leased server will be repaired at our best speed at no charge to client.
Warranty: Poundteam Incorporated offers no Warranty, expressed or implied, on any systems leased. We do not guarantee a specific "uptime" or service availability. Should the software "Fail", Poundteam Incorporated will reinstall the software back to its original functionality at our best speed at no cost to the client IF the client has NO command line or other access beyond the VICIdial Web Interface. Regular hourly charges and service level apply to systems where the client has access beyond the VICIdial web interface, regardless of whether the client caused the failure. The Software included does NOT have any warranty. (This will be noted in the disclosures of each of the software packages. Poundteam Incorporated did not write the software.) Poundteam Incorporated's liability is limited to reinstallation of the software. All the software included is Open Source FREE software. Licensing information is available for all software included on the server. No licensing notifications have been removed. Software is not modified upon lease of the equipment, but in many cases has been "Configured" to be suitable for use.
Optional Vicidial Turnkey Configuration: ONLY included if you specifically purchase as an EXTRA option during the purchase/lease of your system. ONLY includes items specified in the list below. This special pricing is ONLY available during the purchase/lease prior to the clean buildout of your system. Three User Groups: Fronters, Closers, Verifiers 75 Users: 25 each in Fronters, Closers, Verifiers (Will be named "Fronter/Closer/Verifier 1" through "Fronter/Closer/Verifier 25", and numbered 1001-1025, 2001-2025, 3001-3025 respectively) 75 Phones: cc101-cc125, cc201-cc225, cc301-cc325. If you are leasing a cluster instead of a single server, these can be configured as Load Balanced across all servers UPON REQUEST (if you fail to request in notes during purchase, this will not happen). Three Campaigns: Fronters (10000), Closers (20000), Verifiers (30000) -- (Record All Calls activated on all three) Three Ingroups: Fronters, Closers, Verifiers -- (Record All Calls activated on all three) Three DIDs (If you have already purchased them or provided access to the Carrier interface and specified area code and/or City State so we can purchase them in your account. We also must know whether your inbound calls should go to Fronters, Closers or Verifiers or perhaps one to each) One remote agent with 25 lines pointed to a phone number for your External Verification company, activated in the Verification Campaign and the Verifiers Ingroup. Two Carriers (If you provide carrier information before the buildout begins!) Modification of Vicidial DB server web interface to allow 50M File Uploads for large list loading.
Data Transfer (Backup / Restore / Upgrade): With each method, we will first complete the build-out of your system and certify it working in autodial mode. Then we will perform the Restore/Upgrade (as purchased and/or provided) and recertify the server. Under no circumstances does this pricing include repairing customizations. All customizations must be handled on an hourly basis. Also note that while we rarely have problems with restores and upgrades that do not have customizations, we do not guarantee in any way that your previous system's backup set is properly constructed to function when restored. Any repairs required due to irregularities on a restored system will be charged hourly. You do have the option of reverting to the original certified installation and abandoning the upgrade. That being said: We rarely have problems with Vicidial restores unless they are very technical and most are easily fixed. Usually problems arise from older backups, but are handled fairly easily with either NO extra fee or a small fee. Many customizations can be discarded as they were often meant to include features that are now Stock in Vicidial. Restore from provided backup: If you provide us with a valid backup set from another Vicidial system, we will restore it into this Vicidial server. Backup and restore: You provide us root access to the previous server, then we proceed with the restore as above. Backup, restore and upgrade: You provide us root access to the previous server, then we proceed with the restore as above. Then we upgrade that previous installation to the latest version of Vicidial. Under no circumstances do we include repair of customizations unless those repairs are paid hourly. Nor can we predict how long those repairs may take, unless we wrote the customizations within the last two years. If any form of restoration is planned, be sure to confirm the version of Vicidial we should be installing in the fresh server before we begin.
